easy accesswelcome packagecleaning staff
The location offered easy access to various sites! I appreciated the complimentary minibar, and my dog received a welcome package. The hotel prepared my room very well for my pet.
the cleaning staff came at 9 AM! They didn't return later except once, and they only left new water and coffee capsules. The staff did not replace dirty towels and shampoo, and they did not make my bed!

The lobby bar service was INCREDIBLY slow. I waited almost 20 minutes to be served, even though the waiter saw me. the cleaning staff seemed inconsistent. One day they forgot to replace dirty towels, so I had to ask at the reception desk.

I found the u-bahn access very convenient. The gĂĽnzelstraĂźe exit leads directly towards the hotel. the rooms were beautiful!!! the complimentary minibar was a wonderful surprise.

the tower suite size surprised me, it was great! i was also lucky i had two balconies. the lounge access was really good and there was even better coffee plus a huge beverage selection.
The cleaning staff came at 9 am though i was usually only getting ready. they only returned later on one occasion. They left new water plus coffee capsules but did not replace dirty towels or shampoo. the bed also was not made, so i had to ask at reception.
