excellent stay
modern rooms clean rooms included minibar efficient check-in
the room was modern it was very clean the minibar contents were included in the rate the location is convenient to transportation. the staff handled check-in efficiently i appreciated that my room was ready early. i found the adjacent plaza charming it added to the experience. breakfast offered a variety of choices.
the elevators experienced occasional malfunctions . this caused minor delays at times. the linen was not changed daily. a shower cap was not readily available in the bathroom.

the breakfast buffet presented many options it included a wide array of items. staff replenished the food items promptly i saw many choices available. the restaurant featured a nice ambiance

my room was spacious with ample space i appreciated the size. the design of the room was modern and fresh it felt very current. the bathroom had good lighting. the bed was comfortable.

the hotel's location is near a subway station it makes city access easy. the surrounding area has many local restaurants i noticed options for dining. the neighborhood seemed safe at night. there were shops within walking distance.

Excellent Stay!
easy access welcome package
The location offered easy access to various sites! I appreciated the complimentary minibar, and my dog received a welcome package. The hotel prepared my room very well for my pet.
the cleaning staff came at 9 AM! They didn't return later except once, and they only left new water and coffee capsules. The staff did not replace dirty towels and shampoo, and they did not make my bed!

The receptionist was friendly, and both check-in and check-out processes went quickly. The staff showed helpfulness throughout the duration of my stay. All were patient in addressing my needs!

Really good amenities and service
complimentary minibar diverse breakfast clean room
the room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the complimentary minibar, restocked daily with several beverages. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drinks and was fantastic.

Decent Stay with Some Shortcomings
slow service inconsistent cleaning
The lobby bar service was INCREDIBLY slow. I waited almost 20 minutes to be served, even though the waiter saw me. the cleaning staff seemed inconsistent. One day they forgot to replace dirty towels, so I had to ask at the reception desk.

amazing stay!
u-bahn access convenient exit beautiful rooms
I found the u-bahn access very convenient. The günzelstraße exit leads directly towards the hotel. the rooms were beautiful!!! the complimentary minibar was a wonderful surprise.

tower suite two balconies beverage selection early cleaning dirty towels unmade bed
the tower suite size surprised me, it was great! i was also lucky i had two balconies. the lounge access was really good and there was even better coffee plus a huge beverage selection.
The cleaning staff came at 9 am though i was usually only getting ready. they only returned later on one occasion. They left new water plus coffee capsules but did not replace dirty towels or shampoo. the bed also was not made, so i had to ask at reception.
